About Us:

At "The Epicurean" the menu combines classic "Signature French Bistro" food with the innovative influence of ingredients found around the world. Owner and award-winning Master Butcher/Charcutier prepares recipes of pates, sausages and other meat specialties from his homeland, France. His wife Rebecca, an award-winning chef from Philadelphia creates such French classics as Beef Bourguignon, Coquelet Basquais Roti, Trout Meuniere and Escargots de Bourgogne. The menu also includes nouvelle cuisine created with local ingredients and enhanced with flavors from around the world.
